Natural Brainwave Entrainment

Humpback whales emit frequencies between 20 Hz and 24 kHz. Direct entrainment in the water bypasses cognitive interference. Spaciousness carries the programme. The space between sessions holds the real work.

Indigenous Tongan Lineage

Bess brings an Indigenous Tongan lineage to the container. This is her ocean. Her people. Her songs. The retreat is held with Tonga — in right relationship to its land, its ocean, its people.

This retreat does not follow a fixed programme. The ocean's intelligence governs each day. We arrive with offerings — the whales, the island, and the field determine what is called forward and when. Structure holds the container. The rest is co-created.
